The Daten Group breaks ground in 39-unit Brooklyn project: 840 Fulton St.

Brooklyn, NY The Daten Group’s David Ennis and Craig Rosenman, along with Tracy Dembicer from First Niagra Bank, hosted a groundbreaking ceremony recently for the Daten Group’s new rental building at 840 Fulton St. at the corner of Vanderbilt Ave. in the Clinton Hill neighborhood. The 39-unit mixed rental building replaced a gas station at the corner. The Daten Group purchased the site of a Clinton Hill gas station two years ago for $7.4 million, and plans to construct a $20 million, seven-story luxury 40,000 s/f rental building (with 20% designated affordable units) designed by KBA Architects. The building will also feature 5,000 s/f of ground floor retail space.
