The Continental, Costas Kondylis' 53-story project begins leasing

The Continental, the new Costas Kondylis-designed, 53-story, 338-unit luxury rental tower located at 885 Sixth Ave., began leasing January 14, with move-ins anticipated this month. Developed by Tower 111, LLC and situated on the corner of Sixth Ave. and 32nd St., The Continental offers studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with home office, and two-bedroom apartments starting on the ninth floor. The building's lobby, amenity spaces and garage, as well as retail space may be found on the lower floors.
