The Carlton House is now 60% sold; developed by Extell Development and Angelo, Gordon & Co.

Since launching sales in mid-April, according to Extell Development Company and Angelo, Gordon & Co., following strong activity during the summer months, the residences at The Carlton House are now 60 percent sold. Sales of the Upper East Side luxury residential development, located on 61st St. and Madison Ave., have been steady since opening for sales less than six months ago. "Buyers and brokers are responding to our unique combination of contemporary design choices and layouts, coupled with our desirable location and first-class services," said Elida Jacobsen Justo, director of sales at The Carlton House. "In August alone, generally considered a slow month for real estate, we experienced our greatest volume of sales since opening. The homes at The Carlton House are satisfying the demand for large, new homes that reflect the culture and sophistication of the Upper East Side." Prospective buyers can choose from a collection of two- to six-bedroom layouts, ranging from 1,428 s/f to nearly 5,000 s/f. Additionally, the building boasts a new 9,000 s/f duplex penthouse with over 5,200 s/f of wraparound terrace space and a roof deck featuring panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline and Central Park. Adjacent to the building will be a new five-story townhouse with a separate entrance on East 61st St. that offers a unique opportunity to customize a nearly 10,000 s/f home. Residents of the townhouse will enjoy full access to the suite of services and amenities available at The Carlton House. The Carlton House offers peerless personal service on a 24-hour basis with the support of uniformed doormen and concierge as well as a dedicated lifestyle consultant on hand to assist residents with reservations, travel, and event planning. Also offered is an array of amenities, including a 65-foot indoor swimming pool adjoined by men's and women's steam rooms, and fitness center. Steps from Central Park and Midtown's Plaza District, as well as the cultural riches of Fifth Avenue and Museum Mile, The Carlton House offers the finest in culture, shopping, dining and entertainment. In a unique collaboration, Barneys New York, located next door to The Carlton House, has partnered with Extell Development to offer residents VIP access to the store, including lunch and dinner delivery service from Fred's, Barneys' iconic and renowned restaurant, as well as access to personal stylists and the Barneys penthouse suite for private shopping and special events.
