TerraCRG add three new members to its team

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Brooklyn, added three new members to its team this month. The hires specialize in marketing, investment sales, and underwriting and further strengthen the team of the only commercial real estate brokerage focused exclusively on the Brooklyn market.

“At a time when many other brokerage firms are retracting and scaling back their teams, we are proud to be adding to ours – a sign of our confidence in the Brooklyn commercial real estate market and our commitment to shaping the best team possible to support our clients and partners,” said Mike Hernandez, partner at TerraCRG.

Jessica Birnberg is the new director of marketing for TerraCRG. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a fashion swimwear company, as well as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) as a marketing specialist. Birnberg graduated with a B.A. from American University, where she also ran a Feminist Fellowship and was a member of Phi Mu Fraternity.

Darlene Lee joins the firm as an investment sales associate. An entrepreneur who started her own e-commerce business, Lee comes from a marketing background, with agency and brand-side experience in media advertising, helping clients with all budget sizes optimize their media investments to maximize return. She earned her BSBA and graduated with honors from Boston University.

Daniel Parmenter is the new director of underwriting & analysis, focusing on valuation, capital structure, and capital markets forecasting. Parmenter joins TerraCRG from May Riegler Properties, a Washington D.C.-based developer. He also worked previously as a Financial Analyst at JLL and Market Research Analyst at CBRE. He holds a Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor of Arts at St. Olaf College where he also wrestled at the NCAA level.
