TAYLOR - The Builders promotes Lehmann, Penepent, Key, Bolinger and Cook; hires Myers as project exec. in retail division

Penfield, NY According to TAYLOR – The Builders, the firm has made the following promotions and changes:

Fred Lehmann has been promoted to vice president. He will continue to balance the quality, schedule, and budget demands of our various larger clients, while managing on-site hiring, project placement, and company growth.

Jayne Penepent has been promoted to CFO. She will continue to direct and manage all corporate finance and accounting operations.

Bob Key has been promoted to chief estimator. He will be the primary member of the estimating team, who has overall responsibility for the creation of budgets and estimates.

Kyle Bolinger has been promoted to project executive. He will continue management of projects in multiple markets, such as commercial, residential, higher education and healthcare projects, with a focus on strategic planning, scheduling, cost analysis and customer management.

Geoffrey Cook has been promoted to director of business development. He will continue to formulate, direct and coordinate all marketing, public relations, communications, and business development activities, with a focus on new client relationships and company growth.

In addition, Josh Myers has joined TAYLOR as project executive for its retail-specific division, Empire Commercial Construction. Myers has extensive experience in commercial construction, managing all critical aspects of a project from start to finish. He most recently served as general manager for another regional General Contractor who focuses on commercial construction. Myers will assume leadership responsibilities for Empire, TAYLOR’s retail-specific division, including business development, management of existing accounts, budget development, cost analysts, new hiring, and overall growth of the division. Myers attended the Rochester Institute of Technology for Civil Engineering Technology, playing Division I Hockey, and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
