Cammeby’s signs 2,000 s/f lease with Maisonette at 32 Bdwy.

Manhattan, NY Cammeby’s signed a 2,000 s/f, three-year lease at 32 Bdwy. with Maisonette, an online baby and children’s fashion brand. The company will occupy a portion of the 16th floor.

“The offices at 32 Bdwy. provide a contemporary, thoughtfully designed space tailored to how companies like Maisonette work today,” said Aron Weber of Cammeby’s. “This lease reflects the strong demand for flexible, modern office environments in Lower Manhattan and underscores the value this property offers to growing companies across industries.”

“Moving into 32 Bdwy. marks a really special new chapter for Maisonette. We’re excited to have a space where we can come together again to connect, collaborate, and build community,” said AJ Nicholas, president at Maisonette.

Andrew Giller represented Cammeby’s ownership. Maisonette was represented by Maxine Rosen and Gabe Marins of Savills.

“Whether it’s brainstorming in-person, meeting with a new vendor, or celebrating small wins as a team, it feels great to have a place that’s truly our own. Maisonette, a New York-based children’s lifestyle brand, offers a carefully curated selection of apparel, toys, home décor, and gear designed for modern families. Known for its high-quality, hard-to-find items and strong repeat customer base, the company combines an online-first approach with thoughtful design to create a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
