Manhattan, NY Brookfield Properties closed a new lease with TABLET WORKS, a comprehensive wellness pharmacy, at Brookfield Place.

Brookfield Properties closed a deal with TABLET WORKS for the pharmacy’s new 699 s/f, 10-year lease on the second floor of Brookfield Place, the waterfront retail destination in Lower Manhattan

“TABLET WORKS is an exciting addition to the Brookfield Properties portfolio, and we are thrilled to welcome them to Brookfield Place. We are proud to be home to their first and only brick and mortar location, representing our continued work towards supporting small businesses and further strengthening Brookfield Place as a daily destination for our local community and the thousands of office workers who spend their days here,” said Elisa Young, senior vice president of retail leasing at Brookfield Properties.

With its debut in New York City, TABLET WORKS launches its mission to reimagine what a pharmacy can be. The brand blends traditional pharmaceutical care with a holistic, lifestyle-driven approach, offering guests a curated selection of clinical-grade supplements, functional remedies, skincare and personal care products and tech-driven wellness services. Its team of licensed pharmacists and wellness experts provides personalized support to help guests meet a wide range of health goals, from stress and sleep to immunity, digestion, energy and longevity.

“TABLET WORKS represents an opportunity to help New Yorkers take a more intentional approach to their well-being,” said founder Ariel Zaurov. “We believe that feeling good shouldn’t be complicated. Our goal is to make expert support and high-quality products more accessible and enjoyable, so people can build sustainable rituals that support their health goals.”

TABLET WORKS joins a collection of wellness destinations and retailers at Brookfield Place, including Equinox, Plaza M Spa, and Clean Market — creating a full-service hub for health-forward services in Lower Manhattan.

TABLET WORKS is located inside Brookfield Place on the second floor at 225 Liberty St.
