What is one major challenge you’ve overcome as a leader, and what did it teach you? A major challenge I’ve overcome as a leader is learning to move past disappointment and help other agents do the same. Like the song says, “I get knocked down, but I get up again.” In this business, deals will always fall apart, that’s the nature of the game.

If I ask a member of my team to do something, I should also be able to do it myself. I make sure to make people feel heard, letting them share ideas, concerns, and contribute to solutions for our clients.

We’re specialists: architects and engineers who dedicated our careers to the design and rehabilitation of building exteriors. I’m most proud of building Parity into a platform and service that helps real estate owners turn building operations into measurable performance. What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? One of my proudest achievements was uniting legal teams across the UK, Middle East, and U.S. to support a renewable energy client. Despite differing systems, time zones, and cultures, I built a cohesive, high-performing team focused on a shared goal.
