What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024? Our greatest professional accomplishments in 2024 were launching two innovative offerings at ONE18MEDIA to better support our clients and deepen our partnerships.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? In 2024, we completed multiple IT office projects for our clients which showed continued interest in hybrid work. Expansion into larger office and industrial spaces, throughout the NY Metro area, show promising economic growth and expansion of NY-based companies.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024?  My most significant professional achievement in 2024 was leading the launch of an innovative line of biodegradable floor cleaning products, complemented by on-site disinfectant production and strategic partnerships with software companies.

Rachel Scelfo is a partner in Farrell Fritz’ land use, zoning, municipal litigation group. She rejoined the firm in September, having previously worked at the firm for eleven years.  Prior to rejoining the firm, Scelfo was most recently a member of the Town of Babylon team

Deborah Smith co-founded The CenterCap Group in 2009 and has served as CEO since its establishment. Leading a growing team of 14, Smith is focused on the firm’s strategic growth across all business lines and covers the consulting practice, frequently operating as team leader on assignments.

Christopher Albanese is president of the Albanese Organization (Albanese), a full-service real estate development and management firm with 75 years of experience in all facets of real estate. Albanese has built over seven million s/f of real estate in the greater New York metropolitan area, including pioneering multifamily rentals in partnership with New York State and Battery Park City Authority
