2025 Year in Review: Adam Stark, Stark Office Suites

Adam Stark
President
Stark Office Suites

What transaction, project, or key moment best reflected the direction of the New York CRE market this year?

Return to work trends have increased over the course of 2025, aligning well for the opportunity to expand Stark’s footprint in NYC. Identifying Class-A trophy office space as the most sought after, and growing sector, of the NYC office market, Stark added a third location launching a new product “Excelsior”. Excelsior, by Stark Office Suites, is the top tier of flexible workspaces, offering premium offices paired with advanced technology services, and first-class amenities.

What accomplishment, milestone, project or transaction stood out for you or your firm in 2025?

The launch of Excelsior, by Stark Office Suites, has proven to be an immense success story for the firm. Our inaugural location was filled in less than a year, and we are entering the construction phase for our soon-to-be announced flagship property. The quality of businesses drawn to Stark’s Excelsior at 825 Third Ave. has fostered a dynamic environment where like-minded professionals thrive in a high-end professional office space. We look to capitalize on this momentum, by delivering exceptional value and services for our clients, current and future, in 2026.
