SWBR Architects to move to Armory Square

SWBR Architects recently signed a lease for office space at 309 South Franklin St. in Armory Square. The company will move all of its employees from its current location in Camillus, N.Y. in June. "The Armory Square district offers both inspiration and opportunity for our firm," explains Dave Beinetti, president, SWBR Architects. "As we move forward with our plans for growth in the area, we are thrilled to become a part of downtown Syracuse." The new office will be managed by firm associate, Fred Koenig, AIA. Fred will support Philip Wise, AIA, LEED AP, principal of the Central New York Region for SWBR, as the firm works to grow SWBR's practice areas in the Syracuse and Central New York region. Based on the firm's capabilities and current clients in Central NY, SWBR plans to grow the office over the next two years.
