What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012? : Looking back i would say 72-32 Broadway in Jackson Heights I sold for $4,195,000 but was challenging due to the deal points. both buyer and seller were very professional but each had a strong viewpoint What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : The market will continue to improve. the pace will be slow, but steady. commercial real estate implores the unemployment rate as it's basis and of this writing it's the lowest it has been in four years so it's very positive. What are your resolutions for 2013? : Stop and "smell the roses" more often and try to understand what really will make a deal "work"
