Syracuse, NY According to Sutton Real Estate Co., the firm completed four sales totaling $3.42 million.

3221 E. Genesee Street - Syracuse, NY

Ken Tyminski of Sutton handled the sale of 3221 E. Genesee St. The sale price was $2.4 million. The property is leased to Joslin Diabetes Center.

Karen Cannata-LaRocca and Steve Saleski handled the sale of a multifamily property located at 9 Genesee St. in Camillus. The subject sold for $380,000. Cannata-LaRocca and Saleski acted on behalf of the buyer  and seller.

Cannata-LaRocca handled the sale of 6271 Fremont Rd. in East Syracuse. Cannata-LaRocca represented the buyer, Lakeview Lawn & Landscape Inc. The seller, The Bartlett Realty Co., Inc., was represented by Bill Anninos of CBRE. The property consists of a 2,592 s/f building on a .83 acre lot, and sold for $245,000.

Cannata-LaRocca brokered the sale of two parcels on Breed Rd. in Camillus totaling 124.32 acres. The sale price was $375,000. Norman B. Viti, Sr. Income Only Trust was the seller and Paul Dyachuk was the buyer.
