"345 Carroll St. has clearly resonated with buyers. Both the local community and those looking to move from Manhattan to Brooklyn have found 345 Carroll St. the ideal place to call home," said Gregory Katz, a partner at Sterling Equities. "Some of the units in contract are breaking neighborhood records at more than $1,500 per s/f. We anticipate this strong activity to continue." The residences range in size from 1,200 s/f to 3,000 s/f. Nearly every apartment layout is unique. 345 Carroll St. introduces a rare full-service building to the neighborhood. Its amenities include a doorman, superintendent and porter services, fitness center, a children's playroom, roof terrace, pet grooming station, bicycle storage and a 5,300 s/f landscaped garden with a bocce court and vegetable garden. "We are thrilled to bring this unique, high quality, full-service building to Carroll Gardens, one of Brooklyn's favorite neighborhoods. It is rare to offer not only a full amenity package, but also luxury details in a prime location," said Millie Perry of Stribling Marketing Associates, head of sales on the project. Other residence features include oversized windows, radiant floor heating in the master bathrooms, fireplaces in select units and more. Storage space and private parking is also available for purchase, complete with electric car charging stations.
