Sinatra joins AmTrust Title Insurance Co.

New York, NY AmTrust Title Insurance Co. named Nicolette Sinatra as its new business development representative. Sinatra will be responsible for leading direct sales efforts for AmTrust Title. Prior, Sinatra served as associate general counsel for The Witkoff Group, LLC.

Steven Napolitano, president of First Nationwide Title Agency, a subsidiary of AmTrust Financial, said, “Nicolette’s two decades of legal experience combined with her in-depth expertise of the commercial real estate sector will help us grow our footprint in the New York region. She is a natural fit to lead business development initiatives in the region and will be an invaluable addition to our title insurance business.”

In the role, she assisted with all legal aspects of owner/developer responsibilities related to luxury residential condominium developments, commercial and residential acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing, managing insurance and litigation issues, interacting with governmental agencies, as well as other property management issues. She also previously served as an attorney for Alston & Bird LLP, vice president at Merrill Lynch Mortgage Lending, of counsel at Seyfarth Shaw and real estate associate at Pryor Cashman Sherman & Flynn and Sullivan and Worcester. She began her career as assistant district attorney of Kings County in Brooklyn.

Sinatra earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and international business from New York University. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
