According to The Durst Organization, Wyndham Vacation Ownership has signed an 11-year lease for 16,581 s/f on the second floor of 733 Third Ave.

Wyndham Vacation Ownership was represented by vice chairman David Simson and managing director Kyle Ciminelli of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and The Durst Organization was represented in-house by leasing & marketing chief administrative officer David Neil and leasing manager Ashlea Aaron.
