According to The Durst Organization, Wyndham Vacation Ownership has signed an 11-year lease for 16,581 s/f on the second floor of 733 Third Ave. "We are thrilled Wyndham is joining our tenant roster at 733 Third Ave., and excited to announce 733 is 100% leased," said Jonathan Durst, president of The Durst Organization. Wyndham Vacation Ownership was represented by vice chairman David Simson and managing director Kyle Ciminelli of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and The Durst Organization was represented in-house by leasing & marketing chief administrative officer David Neil and leasing manager Ashlea Aaron. Wyndham Vacation Ownership develops, markets and sells vacation ownership interests and provides consumer financing to owners through its five primary consumer brands, CLUB WYNDHAM, WorldMark by Wyndham, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, Shell Vacations Club and Margaritaville Vacation Club.
