Simone Development to transform Sarosca Farm Estates into residences

Sarosca Farm Estates, a historic estate property in the heart of Westchester's golf community, is being transformed into a private enclave of high-end luxury home sites in this Westchester community. The property, which is the last residential property to be developed in Purchase, features the completely renovated Manor House and 10 estate home sites ranging in size from 1.51 to 3.88 acres. Simone Development, the developer of Sarosca Farm Estates, has assembled a team of architects, including Gary Savitzky, Justin Minieri, AIA and Studio Rai Architectural Design, P.C. Purchasers of the home sites will be able to work along with an architect to custom design the home of their dreams from a selection of estate home designs. The property's infrastructure - including roads, sewers and utilities - has been completed and the sales center is now open. Located off Purchase St. in the heart of Westchester's golf course community, Sarosca Farm Estates is bordered by Old Oaks Country Club and the Country Club of Purchase. Nearby are Brae Burn Country Club in Purchase, Century Country Club in Purchase, Westchester Country Club in Rye and Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck.
