Sheldon Good & Co. to auction 20 waterfront condos.

Sheldon Good & Company Auctions NorthEast, LLC, in a developer's sellout, will auction off 20 Catskill Creek Condominiums at Water's Edge. Eight of the three and four-bedroom waterfront townhome condominiums at 37 Marina Dr. will be sold. Originally priced to $479,000, suggested opening bids for the waterfront townhouse condos are from $100,000 to $150,000. A certified or cashier's check in the amount of $15,000 is required to buy. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final high bid price, per the terms of sale. The auction will be held Saturday, November 1st at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe, 100 Frank W. Burr Blvd, Teaneck, N.J. at noon; registration begins at 11 a.m. Steven Good, chairman and CEO of Sheldon Good said, "This fabulous auction event offers a truly unique opportunity to become a member of the wondrous Catskill community, and better yet, offers the chance to name your own price on a brand-new waterfront home that is ideal as a vacation home, weekend getaway, or even a full-time residence."
