Shawmut Design and Construction's Les Hiscoe, executive VP and COO, and Bill Keane, project executive, attended the ACE Mentor Program Presentations. Hiscoe and Keane serve as mentors for ACE students looking to learn and grow in the design and construction industry. The program is a not-for-profit organization that helps prepare high school students for careers in design and construction through mentoring by industry professionals.
