HKS Capital Partners LLC has hired Robert Sharfstein as a loan placement officer, responsible for placing and securing debt in all asset classes.
Sharfstein, who brings a unique and fresh perspective to HKS Capital Partners, was previously the managing partner at Sharf Entertainment LLC, an event planning and production company, that he formed in 2008 and sold in 2012.
"HKS provides veteran leadership with a new approach to underwriting and securing debt," said Sharfstein. " This positions us to provide multiple solutions for all of our client's needs. I'm excited for this opportunity and looking forward consummating transactions."
Sharfstein also worked at Blumenfeld Development Group, BRT Realty Trust (NYSE: BRT), One Liberty Properties (NYSE:OLP) and DLC Management Corp. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business from Indiana University, Bloomington with course work in the Kelley School of Business.
