What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of the practices and procedure I have put in place with my property management teams, colleagues in other departments and within my own operations team.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I was proud to be a part of the Herrick team as we recently represented KPR Centers in connection with acquiring a $180 million multi-state portfolio of eight shopping centers through a joint venture structure. The portfolio includes retail centers in Florida, Wisconsin and Missouri, comprising more than 1.5 million square feet of space.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I recently spoke in Mexico at the Academia Nacional de Arquitectura for a large audience of AEC leaders, and talked about my experience as an architect working with I.M. PEI as well as my current firm, PEI Architects, on projects as far-flung as China, France, México and Qatar.

I’m most proud of the role I played in BEB Capital’s programmatic joint venture with Rockpoint Group, a partnership announced in late 2021 targeting an investment pipeline of up to $1 billion of industrial assets in the Northeastern US.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? My mother inspires me the most. As a young child in Poland during WWII, she endured immense struggles, including immigrating to the USA through Ellis Island.

I’m proud of my role in the North Pier Extension Project at EWR Terminal A (AMEX), a $110 million, three-story expansion spanning over 45,000 gross s/f. This complex project, located partially airside and landside, required seamless coordination with PANYNJ, the terminal operator, ownership, and trade partners

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am currently representing a charitable organization with the sale of a 160,000 s/f building and have been successful in obtaining over a dozen offers acceptable offers within 45 days of marketing the property.
