BDB Construction converts 406,261 s/f hotel into FOUND Study housing

Manhattan, NY FOUND Study, a growing student and intern housing brand, opened FOUND Study Turtle Bay, their fifth building in New York City. Formerly the Marriott Hotel East at 525 Lexington Ave. the newly renovated property offers students, interns, and academic program participants 1,355 beds of housing and luxury amenities across 34 stories and 406,261 s/f. Applications for fall housing are now open.

Schimenti Construction opens new office with 20,000 s/f renovation

The Doe Fund breaks ground on 200-bed transitional housing designed by Urban

Brooklyn, NY The Doe Fund, a homeless services organization known for its Ready, Willing & Able reentry program and its portfolio of more than one million s/f of housing, broke ground on a 200-bed transitional housing residence at 510 Gates Ave. The event was attended by NYC department of social services commissioner Molly Park and NYC parks and recreation commissioner Sue Donoghue.
