Manhattan, NY JRM Construction Management has welcomed Mark Phillips as the newly appointed vice president of aviation. Phillips steps into this role with a background of 18 years in aviation construction, where he has spearheaded a wide range of projects across key airports in the U.S. such as JFK, LGA, EWR, BOS, and ISP. His expertise spans terminal construction, premium service programs, hangar/technical operations, and airside/landside developments, as well as food, beverage, and retail operations within these environments.

Phillips’ position signals a step forward for JRM Construction Management as it reinforces its leadership in the competitive aviation construction industry.

Phillips has been instrumental in leading major redevelopment initiatives, notably within the New York and New Jersey airport systems. His work includes the landmark American Airlines redevelopment program at JFK as well as retail and terminal programs at the recently completed LGA redevelopment. These projects highlight Phillips’ ability to manage complex operations, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
