What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Starting a career as a retail leasing broker at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic is an accomplishment I am incredibly proud of.
What is one lesson that you had to learn the hard way? Never take anyone’s word for it. This is my number one piece of advice. You must understand the issue for yourself, come to your own conclusion and have the confidence to stand up for your position.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A recent transaction I am proud of is my closing on 11/1/2022 for 725 East 214th St., Bronx, NY. This deal had a lot of hurdles: Interest rate hikes, multiple contracts fall through and re trading.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I recently worked on a complicated transaction with a mezzanine component that presented several challenges.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m most proud of facilitating the sale of 54-56 East Broadway for $7.23 million. The property had two Lis-Pendens, over 100 violations, multiple squatters, and arrears.
