What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of our team’s recent work at NYCHA PACT Linden-Penn Wortman. Through the program, our team is currently rehabilitating 1,922 units of public housing units across 24 buildings and four city blocks in East New York Brooklyn.

A recent transaction in which I am proud of is brokering a corner residential development site located at 40-44 24th St. in Long Island City for $10.37 million. Michael Ferrara and I represented both the seller and buyer in this off-market transaction.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? My most recent accomplishment is winning a NCAA Lacrosse National Championship with The University of Tampa. We completed the season undefeated, however, it did not come easy as we faced a tremendous amount of adversity.

We completed this transaction in the heart of the pandemic while the city was experiencing record-high vacancy and low investor confidence.
