What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A couple of months ago I completed a 20,000 s/f deal for an immersive art experience at 529 Fifth Ave. called Wonderland Dreams. The space is hand-painted from floor to ceiling and spans two floors.

Being the main operations manager with our smaller firm I had the knowledge of all pieces of the company (financials, legal, project management, graphics, and human resources).

Something that always sticks with me is when a client or team member thanks me for the work I’ve put in, whether it’s the final product or coordination amongst the team. When people recognize the effort that I am putting into a project, my confidence and drive skyrocket.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Penn 1, for which I am project manager, is a tremendous accomplishment. The repositioning of this 2 million s/f class A office tower in midtown Manhattan serves its tenants and community with three floors of amenities, 1+ acre of public plaza, new storefronts, and high performing triple-pane vision glass.

I am most proud of my recent partnership with The Green House Project and both the educational webinar and conference session I was able to develop and present with them that helped to educate the community about designing beautiful and safe environments for seniors.

I represented a group of Hong Kong and Israeli investors in connection with their investment of 50% of the equity in a ground up mixed-use development project, “The Axel” building, located at Atlantic Ave., Brooklyn, NY, consisting of 284 residential rental units, and commercial spaces.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I assisted the Testing Lab responsible for locating the first Omicron variant in New York City. They opened in a new lab in Long Island City and I coordinated the relocation of all of their lab equipment, office furniture, and employees’ contents, merging three offices into their new headquarters.
