Green joins Olshan as partner

Siobhan Green

According to Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP, Siobhan Green has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice. Green brings over two decades of experience in commercial real estate leasing transactions, representing clients in all aspects of the leasing process, from providing advice to clients at the term sheet stage to effectively negotiating leases to conclusion.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Siobhan to our team and the firm,” said partner Nina Roket, who is the co-managing partner of the firm, co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Law Practice and chair of the firm’s Leasing Practice, “Siobhan is an accomplished attorney who is well-versed in handling high-end complex office and retail leasing transactions and is dedicated to achieving the best results for clients. We are confident she will be a fantastic addition to our team.”

Green has extensive experience representing landlords in the New York City area. Olshan represents clients across multiple legal practice areas, providing client-focused services that are strategic and forward-thinking.

Green was named in The Best Lawyers in America guide for Real Estate Law in 2021. Dedicated to guiding future lawyers, she has participated in a team panel lecturing on leasing topics for Columbia University’s MBA program. She earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.S. from Manhattan College. Prior to her legal career, Green was a certified public accountant.
