By understanding each broker’s needs through daily one-on-one calls, building their confidence with clients, and providing tailored resources, I’ve successfully guided over fifteen new brokers each month to secure their first deals.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?  Most exciting was the retail expansion for Anita Gelato, we identified a Times Square & Madison Square Garden outpost for them and completed the deal with Vornado Realty Trust. We additionally leased two spaces in the Penn Station train hall.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? A remarkable project transforming an amenity space in an iconic NYC building. Capitalizing on the building’s impressive ceiling heights, we created a unique basketball court that seamlessly converts into a town hall with the pull-out bleachers. This space also features golf simulators and a sophisticated bar/lounge area.
