Bronx, NY Simone Development Companies has signed a new long-term lease with Halo Health Pharmacy for 1,522 s/f of retail space at Triangle Plaza Hub located at 459 East 149th St. in the Mott Haven neighborhood. The new store will be Halo Health Pharmacy’s first in the borough and the expanding company’s fifth New York City location, with three existing outlets in northern Manhattan and Queens.

“We are excited to welcome Halo Health Pharmacy to Triangle Plaza Hub, complimenting and enhancing our already diverse tenant mix,” said Josh Gopan, Simone Development Companies’ vice president of leasing.

Triangle Plaza Hub, a LEED certified complex built in 2015, is located on a corner of the trafficked Mott Haven neighborhood and only a few minutes away from the 149th St. station serving the 2 and 5 subway lines. The property also offers on-site parking for tenants and customers.
