Manhattan, NY The Moinian Group has launched leasing for 114 luxury residences at the newly named ARIA, located at 90 John St. in the Financial District. Move-ins at the newly completed residences are slated to commence by the end of 2024.

“We are thrilled to introduce ARIA and begin leasing the newly converted luxury residences,” said Matthew Moinian, principal of The Moinian Group. “With a strong history in office-to-residential conversions in FiDi, ARIA brings an additional refined living experience to the neighborhood, and we look forward to welcoming residents over the coming months.”

ARIA offers a selection of studios and one-bedroom residences. Each residence blends form and function with high-end fixtures, layouts, and in-unit washer/dryers. In-unit amenities include custom-built closets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and spa-inspired marble bathrooms with vessel sinks and custom vanities. In addition, ARIA features an upscale design and a modern heating control system to best support energy efficiency practices.

Resident amenities at the building include a hotel-style lobby and reception area, 24-hour concierge, a resident lounge, and in-building laundry facilities.

Situated in the Financial District, ARIA places residents in proximity to the Fulton St. subway station with access to nearly all NYC subway lines, multiple NYC Ferry routes, and an abundance of outdoor parks, dining options, and cultural attractions for a lifestyle that’s as dynamic as it is luxurious.
