Queens, NY Developer Triangle Equities has acquired a development site located near John F. Kennedy International Airport for $25.4 million. The project site is to be developed as a  300,000 s/f, multi-level industrial building.

Manhattan, NY AJ Capital Partners and Cornell University officially began construction on the Graduate Roosevelt Island at the Cornell Tech campus, part of the Graduate Hotels collection. AJ Capital selected Emigrant Bank to provide a $60 million, five-year floating-rate construction loan for the project. Jones Lang LaSalle acted as broker for the financing.
