Yonkers, NY Rosewood Realty Group has closed a $36 million sale of a 143-unit multifamily building.
The rent regulated building at 525-527 Riverdale Ave. is a seven story, elevator building with 143 units and 124 parking spaces and 13 storage units.
The 161,000 s/f building, that was built in 1981, sold for 18 times the current rent roll and for a 5.3% cap rate.
Rosewood’s Aaron Jungreis represented the buyer, Emerald Equities and the seller, 525-527 Riverdale Avenue Property LLC.
