As a summer intern, I picked out all the furniture for their office renovation and drafted high-end residential by hand, sadly a dying art. What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? FXFOWLE is an architectural, planning, interior design firm committed to design excellence, social responsibility and sustainability with offices in New York, Washington, D.C., Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I am currently working on the American International School in Saudi Arabia and the Brooklyn Friends School in New York. Hobbies: Scratch golfer, avid runner and hiker Favorite books: "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand or "The Art of Racing in the Rain" by Garth Stein Favorite movie: Shawshank Redemption." I still find it hard to believe it was based on a Steven King novel. Person you admire most (outside of family): Winston Churchill: "We shape our buildings, thereafter they shape us." Keys to success: Perseverance. I spend many evenings at the driving range. If you had to choose another vocation what would it be? Golf professional.
