Schneiderman of NAI Friedland leases 40,000 s/f industrial building
NAI Friedland Realty Inc. recently completed a long-term lease deal on behalf of Collins Brothers Moving, a moving and storage company with locations throughout the metro area. Collins leased One Hughson Rd., a 40,000 s/f new industrial building by second generation builder Anthony Palumbo of Palumbo Brothers Construction. Friedland senior executive VP Ross Schneiderman represented both the tenant and the landlord.
The building features quality materials and workmanship that Palumbo Brothers is known for. It offers office and warehouse space, with 4,000 s/f dedicated to offices. The warehouse features 22-ft. ceilings, floor loads, fully sprinkled, and seven loading docks on 11.5 acres. As a growing company, One Hughson Rd. offered Collins the space and amenities they needed to expand.
This is the first property for which Friedland has created a video tour. "NAI Friedland's 360 video tours are a new value-added feature that we will be offering to our clients in 2008," said Schneiderman.
