Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP (HFF) has closed on the $31 million sale of 321 East 22nd St., a 117-unit, six-story multi-housing property in the Gramercy Park neighborhood.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, GID Investment Advisors, LLC. Benedict Realty Group (BRG) purchased the property.
321 East 22nd St. is located between First and Second Aves. The 96% leased property has an average unit size of 441 s/f and includes 6,000 s/f of commercial space.
