Savitt, Neugeboren and Goetz of Savitt Partners negotiate three leases at 530 Seventh Ave. totaling 7,100 s/f

530 Seventh Ave., a property located at the epicenter of the Garment District and home to some of the hottest fashion and creative brands in the market, continues to attract and retain top quality tenants interested in housing their operations in one of the market's most sought-after business addresses. Recently, three tenants inked new renewals and extensions in the property totaling 7,100 s/f. The Savitt Partners team of Bob Savitt, Brian Neugeboren, and Nicole Goetz worked closely with all the companies in negotiating the lease transactions on behalf of the ownership. Quicksilver, Inc., the world's leader in surf and snowboard clothing has renewed its 3,600 s/f lease. The clothing company which started in 1969 is recognized as the premium youth lifestyle and culture clothing brand within the action sports market has evolved over the years to include apparel for men, women, and children. In addition to Quicksliver, Inc., Jacobson Group, the parent company of Gola, a men's casual footwear company has renewed and expanded its space within the property to a 1,800 s/f showroom on the 14th floor. The UK based company began its US presence with space in the building's deluxe co-working environment Space530. Brett Zelner of Lee & Associates represented Jacobson Group in the transaction. Rounding out the latest leasing activity is Trixxi Clothing Company LLC, a Los Angeles based clothing company known for its trendy dresses and sportswear for women. The company expanded its 3,400 s/f space in the building last year to the adjacent 1,700 s/f space for a short term trial period. Due to the continued success the brand has been experiencing, they have extended the lease term for the expanded space. Built in 1930, the 490,000 s/f, Art-Deco 530 Seventh Ave. is located in Midtown's Garment District. The property is home to The Skylark, a classically styled cocktail lounge for entertaining, and Space530, the area's premier, full-service work environment and showroom concept. 530 Seventh Ave. houses many of the world's hottest fashion companies as well as creative industries including film, photography, design and technology.
