I expect record turnout and a general excitement that will match the level of ICSC Vegas this year. The market is strong and there is exciting buzz for leasing and investment. Are investors finding the types of properties that they want right now? Are tenants happy with the sites available to them? Investors are having trouble finding properties to purchase at reasonable valuations. The market is flooded with liquidity and real estate, and like other alternative investments, is experiencing a general bullishness that is lowering cap rates limiting potential going-in returns.
