Ruiz of JLL reps TRITEC in 14,071 s/f lease at 100 Motor Parkway; Daggett of Mohr Partners reps Tenant, VHB

According to TRITEC Real Estate Co., Inc., VHB has signed a long-term lease for 14,071 s/f on the 3rd floor of 100 Motor Pwy. VHB provides multidisciplinary planning, design, engineering and consulting for some of the nation's most complex infrastructure and development initiatives. VHB professionals take projects from concept to completion. Ray Ruiz of JLL represented 100 Motor Pwy. and TRITEC. VHB was represented Charles Daggett of Mohr Partners. "While there are many space options in the Central Suffolk County office submarket, 100 Motor has been successful in attracting the quality firms that will not compromise value and the ability to retain and recruit a skilled labor force to a quality work environment," said Ruiz, who has represented the building for 10 years. The design of the remodeled space will be done by Ed Farrell of Nemschick Silverman Architects and will be constructed by TRITEC Building Co. The tenant is expected to take occupancy in the August. Rob Kent, vice president for TRITEC, said, "VHB is a quality tenant and TRITEC is very happy to have a firm that makes its reputation on the projects it does locally. Choosing 100 Motor as their facility reflects the personality of their company." 100 Motor Pwy. is a class A 204,000 s/f office building located on 19.6 acres at the gateway to the Hauppauge Industrial Park. The building is ideally situated just north of the Long Island Expressway (I-495). With an entrance and exit from the west-bound service road directly opposite the entrance to the property, there is literally only one traffic light between 100 Motor Pwy. and Manhattan. The building has unobstructed frontage on the Long Island Expressway and provides first class amenities that include a cafeteria, exercise and conferencing facilities, a bank branch and an abundance of parking.
