VHB provides multidisciplinary planning, design, engineering and consulting for some of the nation's most complex infrastructure and development initiatives. VHB professionals take projects from concept to completion. Ray Ruiz of JLL represented 100 Motor Pwy. and TRITEC. VHB was represented Charles Daggett of Mohr Partners. The design of the remodeled space will be done by Ed Farrell of Nemschick Silverman Architects and will be constructed by TRITEC Building Co. The tenant is expected to take occupancy in the August.
