Manhattan, NY Rudin said that Sevinc Yuksel has joined the firm as senior vice president, head of design and construction.
In this position, Yuksel will direct and oversee capital planning and design and construction activities throughout Rudin’s 15.2 million s/f portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties. Yuksel will also be responsible for ensuring all new development projects are delivered on time, on budget and in accordance with Rudin’s highest standards of quality.
Yuksel comes to Rudin after five years at The Related Companies, where she most recently served as vice president of construction. In this role, she led the development and construction of 50 Hudson Yards, New York City’s fourth largest commercial office tower, and planning for the six million s/f Western Rail Yards mixed-use urban development project. Prior to Related, Yuksel spent nearly a decade at Turner Construction. where she served as a project engineer specializing in construction management and preconstruction.

Yuksel has proven herself to be a passionate and effective mentor for the next generation of leaders. In addition to participating in training and DEI initiatives at both of her previous employers, Yuksel has regularly served as a panelist at industry conferences, including CoreNet Global and her alma mater, Columbia University, where she received Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering.
