Nanuet, NY According to Royal Properties, Inc., Bob’s Discount Furniture signed a long-term lease for a 37,380 s/f end cap in Kohl’s Plaza at 214-256 E. Route 59.

David Landes, principal of Royal Properties, Inc. and Jeanine Kemm handled this assignment on behalf of the landlord, Juster Development. Eastern Retail represented the retailer, Bob’s Discount Furniture.

Bob’s Discount Furniture is relocating from another location on Rte. 59 to this more accessible and visible site, and plans to open the store in the Spring 2019.

Kohl’s Plaza is a 160,878 s/f shopping center which provides a signalized entrance, visibility and a parking field facing Route 59 with over 31,000 cars per day.

Bob’s Discount Furniture provides a wide variety of quality furnishings. Since 1991, Bob’s has built strong customer loyalty by offering the highest-value home furnishings at the lowest possible prices. “This was a win win for the landlord, Juster Development as Babies R Us closed their 37,380 s/f store in June and we were able to bring in a high quality retailer such as Bob’s in a very short time span to fill this box space in Nanuet. This location will give Bob’s a larger store with tremendous visibility on the best retail corridor in Nanuet,” said Landes.

Bob’s Discount Furniture will join Kohl’s, Avenue, UPS Store, GameStop, Sally Beauty Supply, Palisades Federal Credit Union, Mattress Firm, Pizza Hut, CityMD, Chase Bank and more.  Neighboring retailers include TJ Maxx, Big Lots, Kirkland’s Home Décor, PetSmart, Five Guys, AC Moore, Party City, McDonald’s, HomeGoods, Stop & Shop, Barnes & Noble, Marshalls, and Petco.
