Rosenblatt of Grubb & Ellis represents tenant in 25,000 s/f lease

Grubb & Ellis Company recently represented the Jacob Perlow Hospice in the signing of a lease at 39 Broadway. Jacob Perlow Hospice is a division of Continuum Health Partners, which operates five hospitals in the city, including Beth Israel Medical Center. Represented by Grubb & Ellis executive managing director, Jeffrey Rosenblatt, Jacob Perlow Hospice will occupy the entire 2nd floor and part of the fifth floor, for a total of 25,000 s/f. The ten-year lease is valued at $10 million with increases. The newly leased space will be used for Jacob Perlow Hospice executive offices. Move-in will take place in the late spring. 39 Broadway is owned by the Lawrence Group. Rosenblatt said, "We are very excited to have worked with Jacob Perlow Hospice on this excellent deal. The quality space and ideal location of 39 Broadway in the always-improving lower Broadway area represented an ideal value for the client."
