Historically AIP has focused our efforts on our successful investment sales however this year we have decided to build our leasing department in order to maximize profits. This initiative has been challenging yet extremely rewarding. Over the course of 2010, I have learned how to effectively balance and manage our leasing and investment sales departments. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010? The sale of 56 West Merrick Rd., in Freeport, N.Y. was extremely gratifying. This particular project had an abundance of obstacles and took over one year to close. The completion of this sale reinforces the value of patience, attention to detail and perseverance. What Predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011? I am looking forward to an increased number of building sales in 2011. I am confident that we can expect a healthier and stronger real estate market. What are some of your New Year's Resolutions? Professionally: To make 2011 the most successful year of my career. Personally: To be the best husband that I can be.
