O'Brien, Inc is an old line firm, founded in 1909 by my grandfather. I am proud that so many clients look to us as their go to solution for their RE needs in Brooklyn and Queens.Our clients run the gamut from local and regional entities to some very large global businesses and this is a reflection of the market we serve, very diverse and dynamic. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012? : Last quarter of this year I was able to represent a major non profit in the lease of three office sites totaling 80,000 RSF. In addition we had some significant sales activity and closed about $20mm in investment and user sales this year.. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : The market is still very bifurcated, some elements of the market are very hot and others are less then lackluster, I believe this will continue through 2013 What are your resolutions for 2013? : I like to spend more time with my kids hut that can be a challenge to really break away for any more then a couple of days.
