Rochester Area Chapter of NYSCAR names Rooney and West to board of directors

Rochester, NY The Rochester Area Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (RAC NYSCAR) has named two new board directors for 2024: Adam Rooney, Benchmark Realty Advisors, LLC, and Laura West, Coldwell Banker Commercial Custom Realty. They join president, Christopher McCarthy, Keller Williams Realty GR; vice president Thomas Latta, Buckingham Properties; treasurer Peter Gillett, Flaum Management Company, Inc.; and new secretary, Justin Merriam, also from Flaum Management Company, Inc. All served on the board in 2023. Remaining directors continuing for 2024 include Dexter Craig, North Star Real Estate; Matthew Drouin, ROC Real Capital, LLC; and Christopher Passero, Passero Realty Services LLC.

RAC NYSCAR would like to thank their outgoing board members, Alex Amorese, CBRE Upstate NY, and Anthony Cashette, Leverage Properties, LLC, for their service during their tenure on the board.
