Rochester area chapter of NYSCAR holds 7th Annual "Kick Off" luncheon
The Rochester area chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) held its 7th Annual "Kick Off" Luncheon on January 25. Heidi Zimmer-Meyer, president of Rochester Downtown Development Corporation was the keynote speaker for the event.
The annual event drew over 70 commercial real estate professionals, affiliates, guests, and prospective members. Zimmer-Meyer praised the group for their continued efforts to promote economic development in our area, especially downtown Rochester. Zimmer-Meyer went on to speak about many of the new development projects in the works for downtown Rochester. In addition to the proposed Paetech Headquarters and the recently announced ESL Headquarters, she cited continued growth in numerous residential developments within center city.
