Robert K. Futterman promotes Schuster to senior VP and partner

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), recently promoted Ariel Schuster to senior vice president and partner and Karen Bellatoni to executive vice president and partner. Formerly a senior managing director, Schuster has been with RKF since 2001 and specializes in tenant representation, landlord representation and investment sales in Manhattan, and tenant representation for a few tenants nationally. Schuster graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University, earning a bachelor of science. He also earned a masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University. Schuster is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Board of New York. Formerly a senior vice president, Bellantoni has been with RKF since 1999. She is considered one of the leading retail leasing professionals in the New York Metro area, with more than 25 years of experience in retail, retail leasing and merchandising. Her current specialty is tenant and landlord representation in Manhattan and most major markets throughout the U.S., with primary focus on luxury and aspirational retail clients and properties. Prior to joining RKF in 1999, Bellantoni was a retail director at Corporate Property Investors (CPI, now known as Simon Property Group) where she was responsible for all leasing activities for new retailers in CPI centers. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Real Estate Board of New York (and is on its store's committee). Bellantoni holds a bachelor of science degree in Communications from Ohio University.
