RKF completes two leases at 1430 Third Ave.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF) has completed its leasing assignment at 1430 Third Ave. by leasing 1,500 s/f to LensCrafters and 2,800 s/f to the Arthritis Foundation Thrift Shop. Both retailers are relocating from their current locations. RKF senior vice president Ariel Schuster and senior director Jonathan Krieger represented building ownership, Noam Management. LensCrafters was represented by Frank Dimucci of Dimucci Partners and the Arthritis Foundation Thrift Shop was represented by Stuart Ellman of Judson Realty. 1430 Third Ave. is situated on a prominent corner on the Upper East Side. What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
