RHAMCO completes 20,000 s/f housing facility at Fordham Univ.

Rose Hill Asset Management Corp. (RHAMCO), specializes in an array of services from property management, development and advisory services of investment properties in the New York Metro area. RHAMCO is one of the largest student housing owners and operators in the Little Italy section of the Bronx that caters to Fordham University Students. Over the past 15 years RHAMCO has developed a reputation for offering the most luxurious and affordable off campus housing opportunities for Fordham University students. RHAMCO's latest project is "Williams Hall," a 20,000 s/f, 44 bed, full-service student housing facility located at 2353-2358 Hughes Ave. in the Little Italy section of the Bronx. This brand new complex offers everything from high-end finishes, fully furnished apartments with 42" flat screen TVs, on-site laundry facility, workout room, study room, private parking garages and a monthly cleaning service. John Colangelo, a principal at RHAMCO, said "We strive to develop projects that offer services and amenities that are unsurpassed by our competitors at a reasonable price to students." Williams Hall consists of four and five-bedroom, two full bath apartments. Students have the option of paying an "all inclusive" price which includes all utilities, Internet and basic cable or paying all expenses separately. "We were brought onboard to oversea development of Williams Hall for our unparalleled success in developing and marketing off campus housing specifically targeted to Fordham students" said Matthew Barbaccia a principal at RHAMCO.
